Artisan’s Terms & Conditions Ver 1.1


1.1. Artisans can create or, to be precise, contribute creatives in the “contributory” category or “special-contributory” category.

Furthermore, this website is primarily in ‘English,’ and all other translations are by ‘translation applications or software,’ only to help the readers understand. Hence, any translated version in any language other than English is secondary, and Wise2Wisdom does not guarantee that such translated versions will be free from ‘grammatical error’ or ‘spelling error’ or ‘both.’

All communication to be made in any regard must be in English.

1.2. Artisans can also create creatives in the “paid category” category. All paid creatives will be paid off according to the rates and rules mentioned in the circular or advertisement or notification which recruits the artisans to such a paid job or project.

1.3. All artisans, whether creating in the contributed or paid or both the categories, must agree and adhere to all the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

1.4. The Artisan should also adhere to the rules, regulations, and policies of the website that may be framed from time to time. All such rules or regulations or policies will be made available at the footer section of the website.

 

Eligibility 

2.1. Artisans must have at least passed the High School. A bachelor’s degree is preferable.

2.2. Artisans must possess excellent creative skills in their category.

 

Quality of Content

3.1. Creatives must be self-created and not copied and not previously published elsewhere.* They will be checked for copied content.

*In case an artisan wishes to display an extract from his/ her own published book or another creative or a published material (excerpt) or whatsoever, he/ she must apply as a “special contributor” under the “Special-Contributory Category” during Artisan registration or by creating an email to the editor-in-chief.

3.2. Creatives, which are “not up to the mark” or of “poor quality,” as decided by the editor-in-chief, will not be published or, in rare cases, be published with major modifications to the original content.

3.3. Creatives that lack creativity and/ or proper segregation, or are flat, limited in information, misinformative, congested, will be vulnerable to be “not up to the mark.”

3.4. Artisans submitting “not up to the mark” or “poor quality” work repeatedly, shall be disqualified.

 

Fair Work

4.1. Artisans must adhere to fair work policies.

4.2. Artisans will not harbor falsified biographical information to the organization or the readers/ audience.

4.3. Artisans will not submit misinformation or exaggerated creatives and falsified or exaggerated links and references.

4.4. Artisans will not submit or try to submit any content containing “codes” or “programs” that may cause harm to the website.

4.5. Artisans will not intend to bring down the reputation of Wise2Wisdom by submitting spurious work.

4.6. Artisans will not indulge in any activity that may cause harm to the website or the

Organization [Wise2Wisdom and Mage Orange].

 

Submission, Copyright & Publishing Rights

5.1.a. Creatives have to be submitted at the ‘artisan’s blog’ section or ‘any assigned section.’

5.1.b. Creatives must also be simultaneously sent via email to the editor: [email protected]

5.1.c. Artisans applying for verification after the registration process will be asked to create one creative as a sample for justification of their capabilities.

5.1.d. Artisans must submit at least one quality creatives in ‘every 90 days’ in the contributory category, or else their account will be inactivated.

5.1.e. Inactive artisans can get their account activated by creating to the editor and submitting one quality contributory creative.

5.2. In the contributory category, Wise2Wisdom may specify specific themes to the Artisans, and an Artisan may choose one or multiple of them. However, artisans are free to choose the theme themselves in the contributory category. But prior to creating on a self-chosen theme, artisans may preferably get the approval by the editor.

5.3. In the paid category, artisans have to create only on the pre-specified category and theme.

5.4. In the paid category, the rates shall be available in the advertisement or the email that contains the list of themes. Artisans are always at freedom to opt to create or not when they are given a set of themes.

But, if an artisan does not respond or make a selection of the themes within 72 hours, it will be assumed that they do not intend to take up a theme from that list. Furthermore, in the paid category, when there is a lesser number of available themes, artisans may not be able to make a choice.

5.5. The artisans, especially in the paid category, must submit the creatives by the given time-frame.

5.6. Creatives that are not approved may still remain in the draft or appear at the ‘personal profile’ of the Artisan. The Artisan may get such creatives deleted by requesting to the ‘editor’ via email or else delete them themselves if such an option is available.

5.7. All the publishing rights of the submitted creatives that are approved (this includes all paid and contributed creatives) will be vested in the hands of Mage Orange Publication & Technologies.

5.8. Mage Orange Publication & Technologies will hold the sole publishing rights for all such materials, and thereafter the Artisan cannot submit the creatives or any part of it thereof anywhere else himself/ herself or by engaging a second or third party whatsoever.

5.9.a. All the creatives that are submitted will be deemed to be ‘the sole property of Wise2Wisdom’ (Mage Orange Publication & Technologies).

5.9.b. Wise2Wisdom (Mage Orange Publication & Technologies) may use the creatives and its contents in original or edited or manipulated form commercially or non-commercially, and the Artisan will have ‘no financial claim’ over them whatsoever.

5.9.c. However, the Artisan will have the ‘moral claim’ over his/ her work; hence, accreditation along with the name, qualification, and short biographical info will be provided wherever the creatives are used, whether commercially or non-commercially.

5.9.d. The Artisan can advertise or publicize or share or display the ‘page’ or any other ‘source’ or ‘medium’ at Wise2Wisdom or Mage Orange Publication & Technologies containing his/ her work.

But, as said, the Artisan cannot submit or publish the creatives or its contents or any part of the contents thereof, that have been submitted to Wise2Wisdom anywhere else himself/ herself or by engaging another party.

5.10. For accreditation, an artisan must register by submitting bio-data/ resume and educational qualification certificates.

5.11. Any artisan who does not complete the registration process, will not be given any credits and the creatives submitted will be published under the site admin or editor or a co-artisan, who possesses the required qualification. Such artisans are called “Guest Artisans.”

5.12. Hyperlinks to social media account or/, and website/ blog, etc. of the Artisan shall be allowed at the sole discretion of Mage Orange.

5.13. Wise2Wisdom or Mage Orange Publication & Technologies may advertise or publicize its creatives or any part of them on the website or social media or internet or anywhere else whatsoever. In the event of such a situation, the name, qualification, country, university, current job, links to personal website or blog, and the short description as submitted by the Artisan will or may get publicized along with the creatives. The Artisan will not have any objection in this regard. The same will be applicable to all co-artisans and contributors, or whosoever concerned with the creatives being advertised.

However, any other personal details except for the ones mentioned above, such as but not limited to phone or WhatsApp number, certificates, Identity or Address proof, address, etc. will never be publicized and will be confidential and protected as per the “Privacy Policy” of the website. The privacy policy is available in the footer section of the website.

 

Scope of Editors and Co-Artisans

6.1. If a creative is supplemented during the first publication by another artisan or co-artisan or whosoever, he/ she will be given joint credits with the original Artisan along with joint copyrights.

6.2. If the creative is supplemented later on in future, by another artisan or co-artisan or whosoever, then he/ she will be given joint credits along with the original Artisan; the original Artisan in such a situation continues to hold the copyright to the original creatives while the fate of copyright for the new version shall be arbitrary.

6.3. The grant of copyright shall be by inheritance, i.e., artisans submitting a creative via email will be deemed to possess the copyright to that material by virtue of the record of the email.

 

Warranties & Indemnification

7.1. By submitting a creative,

7.1.A. The Artisan represents and warrants to the Publisher that: (a) the work is exceptional; (b) the Artisan or craftsmans consenting to this Agreement is/are the sole creator(s) of the work and has full authority and artisanity, liberated from any privileges of any nature at all by some other individual, to enter into this Agreement and to allow the rights which are conceded to the Publisher; (c) the work has not to this point been distributed, in parts or as a whole, in any structure; (d) the work doesn’t, won’t, encroach upon any copyright, brand name, or some other licensed innovation rights or other restrictive privileges of any outsider; (e) the work contains no material at all that is revolting, hostile, violative of any outsider’s privacy or privilege of security or exposure, or in any case in contradiction to law or the privilege of any outsider or the administration or government; (f) all depiction of actuality and facts concerning the work are valid and depend on diligent exploration; (g) all counsel and guidance in the work is free from any potential harm, and isn’t careless or blemished in any way; (h) the work, if biographical in nature or “as narrated to” the Artisan, is legitimate and precise; and (I) the Artisan won’t in the future enter into any understanding or comprehension or Agreement with any individual or element which may br detrimental to the rights allowed to the Publisher under this Agreement, (j) The biographical details submitted to Wise2Wisdom.Org are true and accurate in all regards.

7.1.B. Further, the Artisan or his beneficiaries, agents, managers, replacements, and assigns, indemnifies, defends, and holds harmless the Publisher or Website or the Organization, its parent organization, auxiliaries, and subsidiaries, and their investors, officials, chiefs, workers, accomplices, partners, associates, joint endeavors, operators, and delegates, and so on from all cases, obligations, requests, suits, activities, procedures, and additionally indictments (“Claims”), prosecutions in view of charges which, assuming valid, would comprise a violation or brach of any of the prior guarantees and portrayals or some other commitment of the Artisan under this Agreement, and any liabilities, misfortunes, costs (counting lawyers’ expenses and expenses) and harms in outcome thereof. In case of such a circumstance, all liabilities, misfortunes, costs emerging from the cases, obligations, requests, suits, activities, procedures, or potentially arraignments will be borne by the Artisan.

 

Content Regulation & Disqualification

8.1. Artisans submitting “not up to the mark” or “poor quality” content repeatedly, shall be disqualified.

8.2. Any content that may be detrimental to humanity or society in aspects such as but not limited to racial discrimination, caste discrimination, religious discrimination, gender discrimination, mass polarization in the negative direction, promotion of terrorism, sex abuse, smuggling, human or organ trafficking, sex-trade or harm to society is prohibited.

8.3. Contents with a new hypothesis, counter-attack on existing hypothesis, controversial matter, sexual passion, and emotions are allowed at the justification of the editor(s) under specified categories. The decision of the editor-in-chief of Mage Orange Publication and Technologies will be final in this regard.

8.4. All artisans hereby declare that they will never indulge in any act of ‘moral misconduct’ whatsoever the offense maybe but not limited to racial discrimination, gender discrimination, caste discrimination, religious discrimination, terrorist links, sex abuse, smuggling, human or organ trafficking, sex-trade, intent to cause mass polarization in the negative direction deemed to be detrimental to humanity.

An artisan found to indulge in such an activity in his personal or creating or social or professional life will be disqualified.

8.5. Any of the terms and conditions, if violated, will lead to action and disqualification.

8.6. In the event of disqualification, the contributed creatives will be removed while the paid creatives will either be removed or have their credits to such an artisan removed and attributed to an editor or admin instead.

 

Removal of Content or Credits on Request

9.1. An artisan may personally opt to get his credits removed by writing to the editor via email. Such requests will be at the sole discretion of the editor. In such a situation, the creatives may be attributed to the co-artisan or the admin or editor or deleted instead.

9.2. An artisan may also request to get his creatives removed; however, such a request will not be taken for paid creatives.

9.3. For contributed creatives, the decision of the editor or director or CEO will be final. In such a situation, the fate of the copyrights and publishing rights will be decided mutually.

 

Agreement

10.1. By submitting his/ her creatives to the website, the Artisan agrees to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement.

10.2. Points 2.1, 2.2, 5.1a, and 5.6 are not applicable to unregistered or Guest Artisans.

10.2. The Artisan may also be required to agree to the terms and conditions via email, along with a proof of Identity and address.
