Author’s/ Writer’s Terms & Conditions Ver 1.1

1.1. Authors can write or to be precise contribute articles in the “contributory” category or “special-contributory” category.

Furthermore, this website is primarily in ‘English’ and all other translations are by virtue of ‘translation applications or software,’ only to help the readers understand. Hence, any translated version in any language other than English is secondary and Wise2Wisdom does not guarantee that such translated versions will be free from ‘grammatical error’ or ‘spelling error’ or ‘both.’

All communication to be made in any regard must be in English. All articles to be submitted must be in ‘English.’

1.2. Authors can also write articles in the “paid category” category. All paid articles will be paid off according to the rates and rules mentioned in the circular or advertisement or notification which recruits the authors to such a paid job or project.

1.3. All authors whether writing in the contributed or paid or both the categories, must agree and cohere to the terms and conditions.

1.4. The author should also adhere to the rules, regulations, and policies of the website that may be framed from time to time. All such rules or regulations or policies will be made available at the footer section of the website.

 

Eligibility 

2.1. The preferable qualification to apply as an author is a Ph.D. degree with first-class at the Master’s degree and first-class at graduation (bachelor’s degree) in the relevant subject.

2.2. Authors with at least a Master’s degree in the relevant subject who has excellent writing skills may be allowed.

2.3. Furthermore, as an exception, candidates with a science background may be allowed to write in commerce as well as arts; while those with a commerce background may be allowed to write in arts.

 

Quality of Content

3.1. Articles must be self-created and not copied and not previously published elsewhere.* They will be checked for plagiarism. Articles may be written in their own words after studying multiple books or trusted papers.

*In case an author wishes to write a concise or display an extract from his/ her own published book or another article or a published material (excerpt) or whatsoever, he/ she must apply as a “special contributor” under the “Special-Contributory Category” during Author registration or by writing an email to the editor-in-chief. Points number 5.7, 5.8, and 6.1, 6.2 will not be applicable to special contributors.

3.2. If an article isn’t “up to the mark” or of “poor quality” as decided by the editor-in-chief, will not be published or in rare cases be published with major modifications to the original content.

3.3. Articles that lack creativity and/ or proper segregation, or are flat, limited in information, misinformation, congested or bulky, full of grammatical errors will be vulnerable to be “not up to the mark.”

3.4. Authors submitting “not up to the mark” or “poor quality” content repeatedly, shall be disqualified.

3.5. All books and papers studied for writing an article must be mentioned at the end with the links if any.

3.6. The information or any part of it must not be obtained from non-reliable sources including Wikipedia. Personal hypotheses and controversial matters are not allowed in the regular categories.

3.7. Flowcharts, tables, and illustrations can be used. But these must be self-created in word processing applications such as Microsoft Word or a photo editing software or any other application as desired.

As for images and pictures, authors can use only royalty-free images. For all such images, the author should provide the link(s) below each of them.

3.8. Authors may use copyrighted images or graphics or drawings or whatever only if he/ she has got the permission in writing from the ‘creator’ i.e. the person or party who holds the original copyright. In addition, a copy of such permission must be submitted to Wise2Wisdom.

 

Fair Work

4.1. Authors must adhere to the fair work policies.

4.2. Authors will not harbor falsified biographical information to the organization or the readers.

4.3. Authors will not submit misinformation or exaggerated articles and falsified or exaggerated links and references.

4.4. Authors will not submit or try to submit any content containing “codes” or “programs” that may cause harm to the website.

4.5. Authors will not intend to bring down the reputation of Wise2Wisdom, by submitting spurious content.

4.6. Authors will not indulge in any activity that may cause harm to the website or the

Organization [Wise2Wisdom and Mage Orange].

 

Submission, Copyright & Publishing Rights

5.1.a. Articles have to be submitted at the ‘author’s personal blog’ section or ‘any assigned section.’

5.1.b. Articles must also be simultaneously sent via email to the editor: [email protected]

5.1.c. Authors applying for verification after the registration process will be asked to write one article as a sample for justification of their capabilities.

5.1.d. Authors must submit at least one quality article in ‘every 90 days’ in the contributory category or else their account will be deactivated.

5.1.e. Inactive authors can get their account activated by writing to the editor and submitting one quality contributory article.

5.2. In the contributory category, Wise2Wisdom may specify certain topics to the Authors and an Author may choose one or multiple of them. However, authors are free to choose the topic themselves in the contributory category. But prior to writing on a self-chosen topic, authors may preferably get the topic and its list of subheadings or contents approved by the editor.

5.3. In the paid category, authors have to write only in the pre-specified category. Additionally, Wise2Wisdom may per-specify the list of subheadings or contents or ask the authors to suggest the same.

5.4. In the paid category, the rates shall be available in the advertisement or the email that contains the list of topics. Authors are always at freedom to opt to write or not when they are given a set of topics.

But, if an author does not respond or make a selection of the topics within 72 hours, it will be assumed that they do not intend to take up a topic from that list. Furthermore, in the paid category, when there is a lesser number of available topics, authors may not be able to make a choice.

5.5. The authors especially in the paid category must submit the articles by the given time-frame.

5.6. Articles that are not approved may still remain in the draft or appear at the ‘personal profile’ of the author. The author may get such articles deleted by requesting the ‘editor’ via email or else delete them themselves if such an option is available.

5.7. All the publishing rights of the submitted articles that are approved (this includes all paid and contributed articles) will be vested in the hands of Mage Orange Publication & Technologies.

5.8. Mage Orange Publication & Technologies will hold the sole publishing rights for all such materials, and thereafter the author cannot submit the article or any part of it thereof anywhere else himself/ herself or by engaging a second or third party whatsoever.

5.9.a. All the articles that are submitted will be deemed to be ‘the sole property of Wise2Wisdom’ (Mage Orange Publication & Technologies).

5.9.b. Wise2Wisdom (Mage Orange Publication & Technologies) may use the articles and its contents in original or edited or manipulated form commercially or non-commercially and the author will have ‘no financial claim’ over them whatsoever.

5.9.c. However, the Author will have the ‘moral claim’ over his/ her work; hence, accreditation along with the name, qualification, and short biographical info will be provided wherever the articles are used whether commercially or non-commercially.

5.9.d. The author can advertise or publicize or share or display the ‘page’ or any other ‘source’ or ‘medium’ at Wise2Wisdom or Mage Orange Publication & Technologies containing his/ her work.

But, as said, the author cannot submit or publish the articles or its contents or any part of the contents thereof, that have been submitted to Wise2Wisdom anywhere else himself/ herself or by engaging another party.

5.10. For accreditation, an author must register by submitting bio-data/ resume and educational qualification certificates. Writers if by any chance do not possess at least a Master’s degree will be given joint credits along with the site admin or editor or a co-author, who possesses the required qualification.

5.11. Any author who does not complete the registration process, will not be given any credits and the articles submitted will be published under the site admin or editor or a co-author, who possesses the required qualification. Such authors are referred to as “Guest Authors.”

5.12. Hyperlinks to social media account or/and website/ blog etc. of the author shall be allowed at the sole discretion of Mage Orange.

5.13. Wise2Wisdom or Mage Orange Publication & Technologies may advertise or publicize its articles or any part of them on the website or social media or internet or anywhere else whatsoever. In the event of such a situation, the name, qualification, country, university, current job, links to a personal website or blog, and a short description as submitted by the author will or may get publicized along with the article. The author will not have any objection in this regard. The same will be applicable to all co-writers and contributors or whosoever concerned with the article being advertised.

However, any other personal details except for the ones mentioned above such as but not limited to phone or WhatsApp number, certificates, Identity or Address proof, address, etc. will never be publicized and will be confidential and protected as per the “Privacy Policy” of the website. The privacy policy is available in the footer section of the website.

 

Scope of Editors and Co-Writers

6.1. If an article is supplemented during the first publication, by another author or co-author or whosoever, he/ she will be given joint credits with the original author along with joint copyrights.

6.2. If the article is supplemented later on in future, by another author or co-author or whosoever, then he/ she will be given joint credits along with the original author; the original author in such a situation continues to hold the copyright to the original article while the fate of copyright for the new version shall be arbitrary.

6.3. The grant of copyright shall be by inheritance i.e. authors submitting an article via email will be deemed to possess the copyright to that material by virtue of the record of the email.

 

Warranties & Indemnification

7.1. By submitting an article,

The Author represents and affirms that: (a) the Content or Article which comprises the Work is unique; (b) the Author or creators consenting to this understanding is/are the sole creator(s) of the work and has absolute authority, liberated from any privileges of any nature at all by some other individual, to enter into this Agreement and to concede the rights which are allowed to the Publisher here; (c) the Work has not been published or distributed, as a whole or in parts, in any form (d) the Work doesn’t, won’t, encroach upon any copyright, brand name, or some other protected rights, privacy or other exclusive privileges of any outsider; (e) the Work contains nothing at all that is or may be indecent, derogatory, violative of any outsider’s privacy or other privilege , or in any case contradictory to the law or the government or administration; (f) all announcements or promise of actuality concerning the Work are valid and and depends on persistent exploration; (g) all advice and guidance in the Work is free from any risk or peril, and isn’t careless or defective in any way; (h) the Work, if biographical or a narrative, is precise and genuine; and (i) the Author won’t henceforth enter into any understanding or comprehension or agreement with any individual, organisation or entity which may contradict with the rights granted here to the Publisher (j) The biographical details submitted to Wise2Wisdom.Org are true and accurate in all regards.

 

7.1.B. Further, the author or his beneficiaries, agents, successors, chairmen, replacements, and allocates indemnifies, defends, and holds harmless the Publisher or Website or the Organization, its parent organization, auxiliaries, and offshoots, and their particular investors, officials, chiefs, workers, accomplices, partners, associates, joint endeavors, operators, and delegates and so on from any obligations, requests, suits, activities, procedures, as well as indictments (“Claims”) and persecutions in view of charges which, assuming valid, would establish a breach of any of the awarded guarantees and portrayals or some other commitment of the Author under this Agreement, and any liabilities, misfortunes, costs (counting lawyers’ expenses and fees) and losses or liabilities whatsoever as result thereof. In occasion of such a circumstance, all liabilities, misfortunes, costs emerging from the cases, obligations, requests, suits, activities, proceedings, procedures, and additionally indictments will be borne by the Author.

 

Content Regulation & Disqualification

8.1. Authors submitting “not up to the mark” or “poor quality” content repeatedly, shall be disqualified.

8.2. Any content that may be detrimental to humanity or society in aspects such as but not limited to racial discrimination, caste discrimination, religious discrimination, gender discrimination, mass polarization in the negative direction, promotion of terrorism, sex abuse, smuggling, human or organ trafficking, sex-trade or harm to society is prohibited.

8.3. Contents with a new hypothesis, counter-attack on existing hypothesis, controversial matter, sexual passion, and emotions are allowed at the justification of the editor(s) under specified categories. The decision of the editor-in-chief of Mage Orange Publication and Technologies will be final in this regard.

8.4. All authors hereby declare that they will never indulge in any act of ‘moral misconduct’ whatsoever the offense maybe but not limited to racial discrimination, gender discrimination, caste discrimination, religious discrimination, terrorist links, sex abuse, smuggling, human or organ trafficking, sex-trade, intent to cause mass polarization in the negative direction deemed to be detrimental to humanity.

An author found to indulge in such an activity in his personal or writing or social or professional life, will be disqualified.

8.5. Any violation of the terms and conditions will lead to action and disqualification.

8.6. In an event of disqualification, the contributed articles will be removed while the paid articles will either be removed or have their credits to such an author removed and attributed to an editor or admin instead.

 

Removal of Content or Credits on Request

9.1. An author may personally opt to get his credits removed by writing to the editor via email. Such requests will be taken care of within 2-7 days. In such a situation, the articles will be attributed to the co-author or the admin or editor.

9.2. An author may also request to get his article removed; however, such a request will be not taken for paid articles.

9.3. For contributed articles, the decision of the editor or director or CEO will be final. In such a situation, the fate of the copyrights and publishing rights will be decided mutually.

 

Agreement

10.1. By submitting his/ her articles to the website the author agrees to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement.

10.2. Points 2.1, 2.2, 5.1a, and 5.6 are not applicable to unregistered or Guest Authors.

10.2. The author may also be required to agree to the terms and conditions via email along with a proof of Identity and address.
